In accordance with Belgian and European law, consumers benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of two (2) years from the date of delivery for all physical goods.
Coverage:
This legal guarantee covers any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery. In the event of a defective product or a product that does not correspond to the description, the consumer is entitled, free of charge, to a repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, a full or partial refund may be granted, in accordance with applicable law.
Notification Period:
The consumer is required to inform the seller of any lack of conformity within two (2) months from the day the defect was detected, in accordance with Belgian law. Failure to notify within this period may affect the consumer’s rights under the legal guarantee, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
Returns & Costs:
If a lack of conformity is confirmed and the legal guarantee applies, all costs related to the return, repair, or replacement of the product—including shipping costs—shall be borne by the seller.
Exclusions:
This legal guarantee does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, negligence, intentional damage, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.
Claims:
To exercise this legal guarantee, consumers must contact us at info@madeconcrete.art, providing their order number and a description of the issue. Photographic evidence may be requested where appropriate to assess the claim.
Once the returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Shipping costs for the initial delivery are non-refundable unless the item is defective or an error occurred on the seller’s side.
The seller makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and images.
The seller is not responsible for minor differences in color, size, or texture due to photographic representation or printing techniques.
